We at Ianthe Galleria want to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible and endeavour to dispatch within 3 working days because we understand how excited you are to receive it. There are however occasions when an item may not be in stock and we will need further time. When this occurs we will inform you and do our utmost to send it as soon as possible. Where possible our packaging is made from recycled eco friendly materials and is recyclable or biodegradable.  

Our items are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

Please note colours may vary in the photographs due to the use of different devices and screen settings.

We do not recommend any of our items are washed, submerged or exposed to a prolonged time in the rain.

We do not recommend any of our items are exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods of time.

We recommend you keep our items away from naked flame.

Your resin items can be hand washed with warm soapy water but ensure they are completely dry. Resin is not waterproof.

Your silver jewellery can be carefully cleaned with a Specialist Silver Cleaning Cloth.

Some items may carry their own specific instructions.

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

It is necessary that you contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return items to us within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations must be requested before items have been shipped.
